At ZEPHRAMYRA, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion.
2. Resolution Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
- Describe the areas of concern
- We will schedule a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas
- If still unsatisfied, we will process a refund
3. Refund Terms
- Full refunds are processed for services not rendered
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed services
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Cancellation Refunds
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours: 50% refund
- No-show: No refund
